Payment & Cancellations

All confirmed bookings are subject to the following conditions:
Day Course bookings:
Payment required in full on booking

Groups less than 8:
Payment to be made 4 weeks before your arrival date.
We have a (14 day) cancellation policy. If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, you must do so 14 days before your arrival date to receive a refund.

If you need to cancel within 14 days of arrival no refund will be given, if payment has not been received you will be invoiced for the full amount of the confirmed booking.

Group bookings of 8 or more people:
Payment for group bookings is a 10% of total due as holding deposit due with confirmation of booking. Balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
Alterations or cancellations of group bookings must be made 14 days before arrival.
Alterations or cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be required to pay the total booked amount due or the altered amount due whichever is the greater. An invoice will be sent accordingly.
